Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using our software and related services (the “Software”). By completing a purchase through PayPal, Stripe, Hotmart, or any authorized reseller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Software and refrain from making any purchase.
 

1. License and Access Keys

1.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a maximum of two (2) computers.

1.2 Any attempt to access or use the Software on more than two devices constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, your access to Google Drive will be automatically revoked. Additionally, the Software may generate randomized signals through our proprietary algorithm as a protective security measure.
 

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

2.1 All content, including but not limited to the Software, source code, algorithms, documentation, and associated materials, is the exclusive property of nonrepaintteam.com and protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

2.2 You are expressly prohibited from:

Copying, redistributing, or transmitting the Software in any form.

Sharing, reselling, or disseminating the Software (in whole or in part) on Telegram channels, social media platforms, or third-party websites.

Publishing, posting, or soliciting feedback, reviews, or testimonials (positive or negative) on any external websites, social media platforms, or similar public forums.

2.3 Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of your license, removal of Google Drive access, and forfeiture of the purchase amount as liquidated damages to compensate for losses incurred by the Company.
 

3. Software Usage and Disclaimer

3.1 The Software may include both repainting and non-repainting indicators. Users are advised to carefully review all guidance documentation, including PDF files, strategies, and instructional materials, prior to usage.

3.2 The Company does not have access to, nor does it monitor, your trading accounts or transactions. You acknowledge and agree that all trading activities, including profits and losses, are solely your responsibility.

3.3 The Software is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. We make no warranties or guarantees of profitability, accuracy, or financial performance.

3.4 Trading  Forex, CFDs, Crypto, Futures, and Stocks Trading involve a risk of loss. Please consider carefully if such trading is appropriate for you. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Articles and content on this website are for Trading Education purposes only and do not constitute investment recommendations or advice.
 

4. Refund Policy

4.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4.2 During checkout, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following disclaimer:

“VIP PLAN. Non-Repaint Indicator (VERSION). 50% discount applied successfully. Seller’s Terms and Conditions: Current (VERSION). No refunds. Free updates when available. No future complaints accepted.”

4.3 By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any future right to request a refund or reversal of charges.
 

5. Security and Compliance

5.1 Our website and Software are protected against the unauthorized use of VPNs, proxies, and other forms of anonymized access.

6. Post-Purchase Redirection

6.1 After completing your purchase, you may be redirected within several hours or days to a designated webpage for account configuration and communication purposes.
 

7. Support Services

7.1 Support is available exclusively via email at support@nonrepaintteam.com.

7.2 Users must not submit multiple inquiries for the same issue. Duplicate requests may delay response times.

7.3 Before contacting support, users are expected to review the “Rules” documentation provided in Google Drive.

7.4 Support is not available through social media platforms or unauthorized channels.
 

8. Updates and Maintenance

8.1 Updates and optimizations are provided solely at the discretion and availability of the Company. No specific delivery dates are guaranteed.

8.2 The MT4 version of the Software may be optimized on a monthly basis to maintain functionality and ensure continued security. Users will be able to re-download the updated files via Google Drive when available.
 

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 By making a purchase and accessing the Software, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

9.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not proceed with a purchase or access the Software.
